Moscow, Mink to sign road map to cancel roaming in early Sep

POLOTSK, Belarus, Aug 2 (PRIME) -- Russia and Belarus have agreed to sign a road map on the abolishment of roaming in the Union State in early September at the latest, Communications and Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan told PRIME on Friday.

“Tentatively speaking, the deadline is the beginning of September,” he said.
